Home Made Udon at Marufuku Udon @ Jaya One

Hello Darlings!

It has been so so long...
Way too long...
I do apologize for my absences.

I have been caught up with all the wonderful happenings in life.
Some good...Some not so good...

But, we are constantly learning no?
Hehehehe...

Well, to start of my come back from my hiatus...
I bring you a food post!
*A way to anyone's heart is through their stomach =P*

Today, I bring you Marufuku Udon.

If you love Japanese udon, this is the place you must visit!
Even if you don't, you will fall in love with it after having a taste here =D

They serve freshly made udon in a variety of styles,
from the traditional cold udon to the western fushion udon.

Their menu

If you really do not want udon, they also serve rice as well.

Here we have their classic udons.

You can have a choice of cold or hot udons.

Besides udon,
they also serve plenty of other food.

I had their
Soboro - Minced chicken with tare sauce and onsen egg - RM 9

Just had to try it because it is the chef recommendation.

This is absolutely a mouth watering bowl of udon.

The udon is so firm that it gives a nice texture for you to chew on.
Plus, the minced chicken sauce is absolutely delicious!
Flavors are well combined and it gives a wonderful satisfying taste in every bite.

*if you love your Hakka noodles, you will definitely love this bowl of goodness*

Creamy Mushroom
Marufuku's very own version of the Cabonara
RM 9

I did not get a chance to try it but my friend said it was delicious.
He mentioned that he could eat this every day!

Chicken Katsu
Deep fried chicken
RM 3

Sliced Beef
RM 4

Along with our udon, we ordered some add-ons.
How can we resist not ordering some side dishes right =P

The sliced beef is a must order if you are ever there,
it is just little saucer of heaven.
The beef so tender that it almost melts in your mouth.

Although, I did find the sauce a tad too salty
otherwise it was delicious.
