theSkintopic 1st Anniversary @ Pavilion

Hello Everyone!

I have been so busy lately.
Practically no time for myself=(

But being occupied is always better than
rotting away on my couch watch TV Series
( i miss those times=p)

On a more exciting note,
I was recently invited by the Butterfly Project for
theSkintopic's 1st Anniversary
event at Pavilion.
***Gila Excited***

All the media and bloggers were busy getting registered.

All of us were given a very lovely gift bag
*So happy!!! Get free stuff sure happy la. Typical Malaysian=P*

So, what is theSkintopic???

Some of you might be wondering right?

that brings us beauty and lifestyle products.

They pride themselves for being a brand that focuses on providing
consumers with the best quality products
hence, their products are all made of natural ingredients.
There is no harmful ingredients, parabens, artificial colours or preservatives!

Plus it's all natural, they will be so grateful that you care for their well-being=P
*Guys...a friendly tip to score point with that girl you are after. Hehe*

Linden Leaves Aromatherapy Synergy Body Oil is one of the brands top selling product!

In Love Again; Absolute Dreams; Memories; Pick Me Up

They have 4 different scented essential oils
In Love Again
A sensual blend of neroli, vanilla and sandalwood to
promote a feeling of bliss and contentment.

Absolute Dreams
A mellow blend of lavender, sandalwood, cedarwood and orange
to balance, calm and relax.

A luxurious blend of rose, geranium and ylang ylang to
enhance emotional wellbeing.

Pick Me Up
A rejuvenating blend of mandarin, petitgram, rosemary and lavender to
restore wellbeing and promote happiness.

We were all so privilege to have the founder of theSkintopic,
Ms. Brigit Blair,
to show us how a body of the aromatherapy oil is made=D

Ms. Brigit Blair started off by giving an introduction and a little history of the brand.

After that, we move on to the demonstration.

Many hand dried lavenders and roses were used as the
scent for the aromatherapy demonstration.

Firstly, a flower is selected for the scent.

Then, the length of the flower is measured and cut according to the bottle size.

After that, each flower will have to be tied to a thin stick/stem to secure it.

Then, it only can be inserted into the bottle.

Finally, the aromatherapy oil is poured into the bottle and is secured tightly.

Every single step of making EACH bottle,
from drying the flowers to securing the lid of the bottles,
are all done by HANDS!

So, you can imagine the amount of love and effort that is put into each bottle=D

After that, a few media/bloggers were given the chance to make a bottle of their own!

Then, they got to take home the full size bottle!!!

Initially, only these 3 daring ladies went up to give it a try,
after everyone found out that they could take the bottle home,
everyone rushed to do it too.

Typical Malaysians laaa...
I also rushed to get in line but was too late=P

After the demonstration, they had a little lucky draw give away

The winners with their gift sets!
*How lucky!*

I also made a new friend!
Meet Kimberley everyone=D
Go check out her blog out

Me and Ms. Bridget Blair.
She is so super friendly and cheerful.
It was such a privilege=D

Each of us went home with a little gift bag.

I didn't get the full size but I went home with a small one!
So excited to try it!
It smells and feels absolutely great!

I also got a mini skincare pack from the Linden Leaves range.

I like to thank theSkintopic and Tammy from the Butterfly project
for a lovely afternoon=D
